Notice Description

HHP are re-tendering the Former Police Station Tarbert project, seeking a Principal Contractor to work closely alongside the appointed Design Team and HHP's development agents Tighean Innse Gall (TIG), to construct a timber frame block of 8 flats with associated infrastructure, access roads, external works and landscaping. The site is the former police station for Tarbert. As such the appointed Contractor will also be required to demolish and remove the existing building. All works to be carried out in line with the Tender Drawings and Bill of Quantities provide by the Design Team.
