Lot 1

SCRIM survey of Angus Council 'A' class roads in both directions 2018. less than 40mph 35.5kms; greater than 40mph 139.6kms; dual less than 40mph 2.4kms; greater than 40mph 15.1kms, i.e. Total of 420.2 lane kms Cost per lane km to be provided. The charge to include all work associated with the SCRIM survey including, - route building - SCRIM survey - data verification and validation - data recorded and returned to Angus Council using the attached template files (.tab and .map formats) - calculation of seasonal correction factor if required Confirmation of all aspects of the SCRIM survey on the roads in Angus will be managed using third party accredited Quality Management System and Health & Safety Management System or similar approved. The certifications of registration to be attached. SCRIM survey vehicle to be used that has successfully passed the most recent annual SCRIM accreditation trials organised by TRL. A copy of this year's SCRIM accreditation certificate to be enclosed. The local authority will define its own site categories and investigatory levels.
