Notice Description
This framework agreement is for, but not limited to, the supply and delivery of light and heavy plant. The framework agreement is to provide Scottish local authorities and various other contracting authorities with a mechanism to procure various light and heavy plant including, but not limited to, excavators, pedestrian operated plant, ride on rollers, towed equipment, static plant, forklift/ telehandlers, trailers, loaders, dumpers, dozers, pavers, planers, mechanical chip spreaders, bond coat sprayers, mobile pot hole fillers and pressure washers to undertake vital works and council services. Councils may, if made available, request lease quotations, plant buy back options, disposal of aged plant options and second hand plant purchase options for light and heavy plant across all lots.
