Notice Description
East Lothian Council wish to appoint a contractor to undertake the Design, Supply and application of surface dressing. This procurement will be conducted via the Public Contracts Scotland - Tender portal (PCS-T). Bidders must self-certify their adherence to the conditions of participation via the ESPD (Scotland) in PCS-T. Bidders must refer to the specific requirements listed in Section III and IV of this notice when completing the ESPD (Scotland) on PCS-T.

East Lothian Council wish to appoint a contractor for the provision of design, supply and application of surface dressing in various locations throughout East Lothian. The contract will run for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 1 year.. Please note: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
Renewal: 2 x 1 year optional extension periods.

The policy must be relevant to the nature and scale of the work and set out responsibilities for H&S management at all levels within the organisation. The policy must be relevant to the nature and scale of your operations and set out your company's responsibilities of health and safety management and compliance with legislation. Note: Organisations with fewer than five employees are not required by law to have a documented policy statement. ESPD Question 4D.2 - Environmental Management. The Bidder must hold a UKAS (or equivalent) accredited independent third party certificate of compliance with BS EN ISO 14001 (or equivalent) or a valid EMAS (or equivalent) certificate or a regularly reviewed documented policy regarding environmental management, authorised by the Chief Executive or equivalent"
