These works are part of a larger project, involving the replacement of clerestorey windows, roofing, and internally the removal of the existing ceiling due to asbestos, with associated mechanical and electrical works. It is recommended to visit the site to fully acquaint yourself with the full extent of the nature of the works for all labour, material and plant are to be included in your tender. Any additional costs will not be entertained for lack of such knowledge.
