Notice Description

This opportunity is to provide decoration work and carpet fitting at the Scottish Enterprise office in Stirling. It is anticipated that the contract will start in early July with the aim that the work be completed within a one month period.

Lot 1

Scottish Enterprise have extended their holding at Laurel House, Laurelhill Business Park, Stirling FK7 9JQ and are therefore looking to undertake a redecoration project on the ground floor (circa 165m2) and 2nd floor (circa. 490m2). The work is required to be undertaken across 2 phases. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in early July and the aim is that it will be completed within the month. As the work will be carried out in an occupied office all noisy or intrusive works should be restricted to outwith normal working hours to minimise disruption to our business activities.

Options: There are two additional optional items in this contract, which may, or may not, be required Option 1 - Replacement doors for ground and first floor Option 2 - Wall art Full details can be found it the attached document
