Glasgow West Housing Association Ltd. wishes to appoint a building contractor to carry out the refurbishment of three of their properties in the West End of Glasgow. The works to 56 St. Vincent Crescent and 30 Gray Street both involve the re-modelling of former children's homes to provide en-suite refurbished accommodation. Both these properties comprise the ground floors and basements of traditional tenement buildings. The work to 8 Breadalbane Street involves re-configuring a former ground floor common room in a 25 year old building to provide two self-contained flats.
