The proposed works will predominately comprise the replacement of existing LPHW heating and domestic water services within the existing boiler plant room area. Works will also necessitate the complete replacement of existing natural gas service (from remote external gas meter to boilers), and replacement of existing building management system (BMS).. This project will be project managed by Matt lambert from Integrated Design Solutions on 07791341809 where all technical questions need to be directed to him in the first instance. The NHS estates manager will be John O'Rourke on 07580995208 who will co-ordinate all issues including arranging a site visit.
