SPT Subsidised Local Transport Contracts
Notice Description
SPT is setting up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of subsidised local transport services. To join this DPS you must firstly complete a Qualification which consists of a Technical Envelope and an ESPD (European Single Procurement Document). The ESPD allows suppliers to self-declare that they a) do not fall within a ground for exclusion (or, if they do, they can demonstrate that they have taken self-cleansing measures) and b) meet the relevant selection criteria. Once the Qualification has been completed and approved, applicants will be added to a list of suppliers that will be invited to tender for future contracting opportunities in the form of mini-competitions. Please note: Suppliers must be in possession of a PSV Licence or Permit to qualify.

"description": "SPT is setting up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of subsidised local transport services. Advertised contracts may or may not involve joint funding with other Public Bodies. A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is an electronic system that can be established to purchase goods and services which are: a) Commonly used by a Purchasing Organisation, and b) Readily available on the market A DPS is similar to a framework agreement but a key difference is that, unlike a framework agreement, suppliers can join a DPS at any time subject to Qualification. To create a response to this Qualification please go to Project 11129/PQQ 3611 and record your interest. PQQ 3611 will then move into your \"My PQQs\" area where you will be able to create and submit your response. Please refer to PCS-Tender's Supplier Response Guide for more information (available on the PCS-Tender website). Please note: Suppliers must be in possession of a PSV Licence or Permit to qualify. Should you have any further questions, please contact us at procurement@spt.co.uk The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this PQQ exercise. The Project code is 11129. For more information see: http://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/info/InfoCentre.aspx?ID=2343 A sub-contract clause has been included in this contract. For more information see: http://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/info/InfoCentre.aspx?ID=2363 Community benefits are included in this requirement. For more information see: http://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/info/InfoCentre.aspx?ID=2361 A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows: If you were awarded contracts with a duration of one year or more, and where the combined value was greater than 4 million pounds, would you employ apprentices and new starts specifically to support these contracts?
