Advertised contracts may or may not involve joint funding with other Public Bodies. A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is an electronic system that can be established to purchase goods and services which are: a) Commonly used by a Purchasing Organisation, and b) Readily available on the market A DPS is similar to a framework agreement but a key difference is that, unlike a framework agreement, suppliers can join a DPS at any time subject to Qualification. To join this DPS you must firstly complete a Qualification which consists of a Technical Envelope and an ESPD (European Single Procurement Document). The ESPD allows suppliers to self-declare that they a) do not fall within a ground for exclusion (or, if they do, they can demonstrate that they have taken self-cleansing measures) and b) meet the relevant selection criteria. Once the Qualification has been completed and approved, applicants will be added to a list of suppliers that will be invited to tender for future contracting opportunities in the form of mini-competitions. To create a response to this Qualification please go to Project 11129/PQQ 3611 and record your interest. PQQ 3611 will then move into your \"My PQQs\" area where you will be able to create and submit your response.
