It is Partick Housing Associations' intention to enter into a Framework Agreement with three contractors to carry out their smoke and heat alarm and CO Detector Replacement Works. The alarms and detectors are to be carried out over two financial years; 2018/19 and 2019/20. 850 properties will require to be completed in the current financial year, with a further 850 in the next financial year.

Lot 1

The Works are to include two smoke alarm replacements, one heat alarm replacement and one battery operated CO detector per property. All existing alarms and detectors are to be removed from the properties. Where possible alarms and detectors will be repositioned exactly where to existing alarms or detector has been removed. If this is not possible the alarms and detectors to be positioned as close as possible to the location where the existing alarm or detector has been removed. Works also include full electrical rewire to approximately 20Nr properties.

Renewal: May take up option to extend the contract for a further one year period.
