The Supplier will deliver a full programme of events for the Paisley Hallowe'en Festival 2018, in accordance with this specification, provide a cultural legacy for Paisley that will contribute to Scotland's Year of Young People 2018, contribution to the delivery of Renfrewshire's Events Strategy 2018 - 2021 and increase and grow audience engagement around the event. The supplier will be expected to work closely with the Council Events team and collaborate with other arts organisations and suppliers as appropriate. Renfrewshire recently launched its Events Strategy 2018 - 2021 - proposals should consider the objectives and outcomes of this and contribution to its delivery.
