Impact Evaluation: Food & Drink Advice & Support Service 2016-18
Notice Description
Zero Waste Scotland wishes to appoint a Contractor with experience of developing and delivering impact evaluations, particularly with regards to commercial behaviour and attitudinal change. Experience of environmental impact evaluations would be considered beneficial. It is anticipated that this project will consist of four distinct phases, which may be delivered concurrently or consecutively as appropriate and relevant.

Zero Waste Scotland wishes to appoint a Contractor with experience of developing and delivering impact evaluations, particularly with regards to commercial behaviour and attitudinal change. Experience of environmental impact evaluations would be considered beneficial. It is anticipated that this project will consist of four distinct phases, which may be delivered concurrently or consecutively as appropriate and relevant. Phase 1 - Method development Phase 2 - Fieldwork Phase 3 - Analysis Phase 4 - Reporting of findings The Contractor will attend a meeting at with Zero Waste Scotland at out office in Stirling (FK8 1QZ) to discuss draft findings with our Evaluation and Programme team(s). Attendance in person is mandatory. The project will conclude on completion of all required deliverables and outputs in full, as agreed with and confirmed by Zero Waste Scotland in writing. This must be no later than Friday 21 December 2018. Full details are provided within the tender document.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
