Ardenglen Housing Association Ltd. intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with one contractor for the provision of essential repair works and various environmental improvements to backcourt areas and parking bays throughout Castlemilk, Glasgow. The essential repair works will typically comprise new or repairs to existing slabs, tarmac and other hard pavings, fencing, handrails, clothes poles, steps, drainage and retaining walls.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
Renewal: Extension of contract up to a further two years on a yearly basis.
