Urras Storas an Rubha (USAR) was established in April 2012 to acquire the former primary school building, Knock Point, Isle of Lewis. USAR is a Community Company Limited by Guarantee, and a Registered Charity. Its role is to develop the former school building as an asset for the local community. USAR require a Design Team to take concept designs for the refurbishment of the building to tender stage.

Renewal: USAR may extend the appointment through to the construction phase if funding becomes available.
