Notice Description
Perth & Kinross Council (PKC) is seeking a best value - competent and equipped - contractor for: the supply of garden waste permits, including design, print, packing, and mailing to residents across the Perth & Kinross area; and, an associated Managed Service, for a contract period of 2 + 1 + 1 years. This contract requirement follows from a successful year 1 rollout of the scheme for 2018/19. As part of the Managed Service to PKC, there will be a compulsory requirement for the permit contractor to provide a portal which can be interrogated as a live database of all permits printed/despatched/replaced and can be used to edit jobs within the pending queue.
