Lot 1

The contract involves dredging, construction of a retaining wall and use of dredged material to form hardstanding for boat storage, marine-related buildings, parking and access. In addition, the contract includes construction of a breakwater, a slipway and a boat lift structure. The works also includes installation of below ground drainage, water, electrical and ICT services and surfacing of the hardstanding. Design and installation of the pontoons and associated equipment will be procured through a separate contract and will be installed towards the end of the civil engineering contract. The civil engineering contractor will be required to act as Principal Contractor for the pontoon installation.
