The scope of the works shall comprise the following: - Roofing; - Carpentry and Joinery; - Plasterwork and other Finishes; - Wall and Floor Tile and Sheet Finishes; - Painting and Decorating; - Plumbing; - Electrical; The works may entail a package of works, or just individual repair works.

River Clyde Homes are seeking to procure a contractor to undertake Multi-Trade Works for properties that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes and are located within the Inverclyde area. The scope of the works shall comprise the following: - Roofing; - Carpentry and Joinery; - Plasterwork and other Finishes; - Wall and Floor Tile and Sheet Finishes; - Painting and Decorating; - Plumbing; - Electrical; The works may entail a package of works, or just individual repair works. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the ESPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, and have access to all required trades, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation. Where bidders are sub-contracting out elements of the works, their names sub-contractors must also submit an ESPD. The contract will run for an initial one year duration. River Clyde Homes may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further 3, 12 month periods subject to the mutual consent of the successful tenderer.. The contract value specified within this contract award notice is the anticipated spend across the lifecycle of the contract. Due to the reactive nature of the works tendered for, it is not possible for RCH to stipulate the exact value which may be generated from this contract.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial one year duration. River Clyde Homes may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further 3, 12 month periods subject to the mutual consent of the successful tenderer.
