The tender will comprise the Capability Document [based on ESPD format], your quality score for the TQQ; and the Contract Sum stated on the Form of Tender. The submitted Capability Document Submission will be assessed as a pass or fail to identify contractors who pass the thresholds. Subsequently and only for those contractors who achieve a Capability pass the price/ quality scores will be evaluated.. Refer 'Instructions to Contractors and Project Criteria' in the Specification of Works

Renewal: The initial contract is for the provision of kitchen and bathroom replacements and associated works to 31/03/19, with options to extend the contract solely at the Employer's discretion on an annual basis thereafter to 31st March 2023
