It is our intention to from the "Interest List" to invite up to 5 No Contractors to participate through a "Quick Quote" to bid with the successful bidder thereafter being awarded the Works Contract (as Principal Contractor).. The Contract Document (Tender Documentation) will be released only to the bidders selected by Port of Leith Housing Association. The Tender will be based upon a Price/Quality evaluation.
