The latter includes installation of a new passageway ('tunnel') through a listed 'earth bund', to provide DDA access to the No.7 Oil Storage Tank, rationalisation of car-parking arrangements on the existing category listed concrete slab ('boom slab') and new external lighting installations around the site.. The relevant Exclusion Criteria are included in the online ESPD (Scotland) linked to this Contract Notice. The Exclusion Criteria of the ESPD will be scored on a pass/fail basis from the point of view of the Authority. The Award Criteria, as stated in Section II.2.5 of the Contract Notice, evaluation criterion and scoring methodology are all specified in the 'Award Criteria' document attached to this Contract Notice.
