Notice Description

A section of flat roof at Mauricewood Primary School is required to be replaced as it is currently in a state of disrepair and has been repaired/patched on numerous occasions in the past. 3.3.1. Contractors are advised to visit the site and make themselves fully acquainted with the extent of the works, the nature and conditions of the current roof(s), and the conditions/environment under which they are to be executed.

A section of flat roof is required to be replaced and is currently in a state of disrepair and has been repaired/patched on numerous occasions in the past. Specifically, the roof requiring replacement is above primary 5 classroom and Library areas with a cut to fall rigid insulation system. -Roof (circa 600 square meters) - site visit required to validate -Install new cut to fall insulation system onto existing roof -Lift existing kerbs on the roof lights as required to suit cut to fall insulation system -Form new external drainage system linked into the existing drainage system. -Blank off internal drainage system within the internal ceilings to prevent possible leaks if drains choke
