SPS requires the replacement and repair of concrete duct covers at HMP Perth. This includes sections of the existing duct work that are required to be replaced with new man hole's. Additionally there are concrete repairs to be carried out on the existing concrete duct covers. This will be tendered through a single stage non-OJEU process.
