Fire Alarm Installations to Non-Housing Properties

Lot 1
The Works comprise the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and setting to work of all materials and equipment to provide a complete replacement fire alarm installation to the two schools and two community centres/senior citizen centres - The Fire Alarm installation shall include, but not be limited to the following:- -Strip out of existing Fire Alarm Installations. -Cable Support and Containment. -Cabling Installation. -Fire Alarm Installation. -Labelling and Identification of main ancillary and associated peripheral equipment. -Record Documentation. -Operating and Maintenance Manuals (O+M) a copy of which should be retained by NLC and left on site.
