Notice Description
NHS Education for Scotland are looking to contract experienced leadership consultants with coaching credentials to be external design and delivery partner(s) and to work in partnership with the project team to provide group coaching and facilitation to a further 5 locality Collaborative Leadership in Practice sites between August 2018 and March 2019 (with an option to extend to March 2020). The work will take place in localities across Scotland.

To ensure best value, and to reflect the realities of budget pressures and changing user needs, this tender aims to maximise flexibility in the service arrangements. It asks suppliers to put forward fixed term proposals for a three-year contract (1 year committed + 1 x 1 year), with breakpoints at the end of the first period where NES can review service usage, user needs and feedback, and any changes in supplier offerings. NES reserve the right to terminate the contract at each breakpoint.
