The Contract will involve the successful Service Provider undertaking responsive repairs and void works maintenance services on the properties and locations described within the tender documentation throughout Renfrewshire for a period of up to 48 months from the Commencement Date (with an optional extension of a further 12 months).

Lot 1

Bridgewater Housing Association are seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of Responsive Repair and Voids Maintenance services with a suitably experienced and qualified Service Provider. The Contract is intended to commence not later than Monday 1st October 2018 and will operate for a maximum of four years (with the option for an extension of one further year), subject to satisfactory performance of the successful Bidder which will be measured through the Key Performance Indicators. The Contract will primarily be delivered in Erskine, Renfrewshire but may also include services to properties in other towns and villages throughout Renfrewshire. The anticipated Contract Value is approximately 240318 GBP per annum (excluding VAT) based on the total value of Bridgewater Housing Association's responsive repairs, void works, and other services included in the Contract, undertaken from 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2018. Interested parties are advised that a 'Meet the Buyer' event shall be held at the offices of Bridgewater Housing Association at 16.00BST on Tuesday 17th July 2018. The event is free of charge and shall provide further information through an overview of Bridgewater Housing Association's requirements and how to complete the Tender Documentation. Places are limited and interested parties are restricted to one delegate per organisation. The response is comprehensive, unambiguous and demonstrates a thorough understanding of the requirement and provides details of how the requirement will be met in full. A Tenderer will be required to achieve a minimum score of 3 against each Question within Part C, i.e. a score of 3 or greater shall represent a Pass whereas a score of 2 of lower will represent a Fail. Bridgewater Housing Association may disregard, and not evaluate the remainder of a Tenderers bid should the Tenderer fail to achieve the minimum score of 3 (a Pass) against any of the Questions included with Part C.
