An experienced consultant is sought for the development of a monitoring and evaluation strategy for the Scapa Flow Museum redevelopment project. A monitoring and evaluation strategy is required which will formulate principles by which to evaluate the impact of the project in an effective and meaningful manner. The monitoring and evaluation strategy will be implemented during, and for a fixed period following the completion of the project which will be delivered during 2018 to 2020.
