This framework agreement is awarded for the supply of Medical Gases supplied in cylinders to NHS Scotland. This will be the direct supply of medical gases in cylinders to hospitals, GP and dental practises, as directed by the Purchasing Authorities and includes the rental and refilling of cylinders. The total requirement is awarded as a single supplier framework agreement.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement by up to a further period of up to twelve (12) months by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension.
