Scottish Enterprise has issued a tender titled "Intent Based Leadership Programme" aimed at enhancing leadership development within the organisation. This initiative is categorised under services and is located in Glasgow, UK. The tender has been marked as cancelled, indicating that the awarding process is not moving forward.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in leadership development and training services. Companies that have expertise in innovative leadership methodologies, particularly those aligned with Intent Based Leadership, would be well-suited to engage in similar contracts or initiatives. By capitalising on the need for robust leadership strategies within public organisations like Scottish Enterprise, businesses can contribute to enhancing decision-making and collaborative practices, thereby fostering long-term partnerships and growth in the public sector.

Lot Information

Lot 1

The purpose of this project is to deliver a programme which develops the leadership and the decision making of Leadership within Scottish Enterprise. This development will be based on the principles of Intent Based Leadership (Turn the Ship, David Marquet) which offers an innovative, leading edge approach. It will focus on : - managing and delivering outcomes - bolder, more autonomous and empowered approach with higher levels of ownership. - Flexibility and agility based on high value opportunities, partner collaboration and customer needs. - working collaboratively across the business and with wider partners. - delivering more with less - prioritisation - acting corporately with appropriate governance. The programme will initially be focused on SE's Leadership (approx. 30), with possible later cascade to wider SE management (approx. 300) and employees. There could also be engagement with other partner agencies (and as such should not be SE specific). It should be designed to challenge and develop behaviours.
