This development will be based on the principles of Intent Based Leadership (Turn the Ship, David Marquet) which offers an innovative, leading edge approach. It will focus on : - managing and delivering outcomes - bolder, more autonomous and empowered approach with higher levels of ownership. - Flexibility and agility based on high value opportunities, partner collaboration and customer needs. - working collaboratively across the business and with wider partners. - delivering more with less - prioritisation - acting corporately with appropriate governance. The programme will initially be focused on SE's Leadership (approx. 30), with possible later cascade to wider SE management (approx. 300) and employees. It should use a range of interventions and mechanisms to support this development, including face-to-face content, online content, individual and collective feedback etc. Budget: 80,000-170,000GBP for initial 12 month delivery to Leadership Knowledge transfer to SE during this process should also be considered.",
