Falkirk Council are looking to award a framework agreement for the provision of cleaning services for propertiesand kitchens throughout the Falkirk Council area. 1. Lot 1 -- Void Properties, 2. Lot 2 - Homeless Properties 3. Lot 3 -- Communal areas, 4. Lot 4 -- Deep cleans -- Kitchens and canopies.

Lot Information

Void Properties

Falkirk Council operates a stock of void properties for allocation to homeless persons and main stream tenancies. These range from bedsits -- 1, 2 and 3 bedroom properties. The Authority has a commitment to clean these properties prior to occupation. The service provision consists of visiting void temporary accommodation and preparing them for the next tenant. The properties are generally fully furnished, therefore the work will involve more than just a straight forward empty house clean.

Renewal: Option to extend for 12 months from 1st December 2021 to 30th November 2022

Homeless Properties
