To provide treasury services to the group including: INTRODUCTION & AIM PoLHA wishes to commission a suitably qualified and experienced treasury consultant to provide treasury services to the group. POLHA wishes to obtain a fee proposal for Treasury Services to commence on the 1st November 2018 for a three year period. There will be an option to extend the appointment to cover years 2021/22 and 2022/23. SCOPE PoLHA's principal requirement is the provision of Treasury Services. In detail the requirements are: a) Reviewing the Group's Treasury Management Policy and Procedures b) Producing the Group's Annual Treasury Strategy including making recommendations on the investment of surplus funds and for borrowing c) Providing advice and support for borrowing, including producing tender documents and attending meetings d) Contract Negotiations with Lenders e) Providing additional support to the business, as identified by both parties ESPD Parts I, II and IV must be completed Part III Bidder's must pass the minimum standards sections Part IV Section A, B & D - Suitability, Financial & Quality/H&S/Environmental sections of will be scored on a PASS/FAIL basis.
