The works are alterations to provide additional nursery provision and comprise downtakings and alterations, new partitions, new doors, new toilet cubicles, new staff accommodation and toilet, cloaks, new entrances and exit doors. The provision of new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new plumbing, ventilation and electrical installations together with miscellaneous external works and drainage including the formation of a new external deck area.
