East Ayrshire Council currently have a partnership arrangement via the Scottish Procurement Alliance, Offsite Construction of New Homes framework, which is due to expire on 30 November 2019. We are seeking to engage with the market and carry out a soft market testing exercise with external contractors to help inform our future house building strategy. Interested contractors are invited to complete the attached questionnaire and returning it to colin.watson@east-ayrshire.gov.uk by close of business, Friday 31st August 2018. No additional marketing material will be accepted at this stage. The Council shall then review the returns and select a shortlist, with consultations anticipated to take place during August at the Councils offices in Kilmarnock. Please be advised that due to the size of the response anticipated that unsuccessful companies will not hear back.
