Scottish Enterprise wishes to buy at least 5 Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Market Monitoring licences for SE EFRS, Marketing and 3 SDI Regions, to help SDI identify and attract potential inward investor prospects, whilst we undertake a bigger / longer term procurement of our Sales Tools.

Renewal: 2 year period with an option to extend for 2 further 1 year periods thereafter.
