Notice Description
1.1 Tenderers are invited to Tender for the provision of Principal Contractor to construct a new build housing on 3 different sites at various locations in Benbecula and South Uist.
Lot Information
Torlum, Isle of Benecula
The design and construction of 2 no 2 bedroom 4 person semi detached units with associated infrastructure, access roads, external works and landscaping. HHP have provided there standard house types which prices are to be based upon.
Gap site Winfield Close, BalivanichThe design and construction of 1 no 3 bedroom 5 person detached unit according to HHP standard house type with associated infrastructure access roads, external works and landscaping.
Garynamonie, Isle of South UistThe design and construction of 4 no Semi-Detached 3 bedroom 5 Person units according to HHP standard house types with associated infrastructure access roads, external works and landscaping. There is an expired planning approval for the site, however this tendering exercise should be based on a new planning approval utilising HHP House Types. Design submissions must allow for the site to be developed to full capacity at a later date.
