This Contract involves the provision of Self-Storage Units and Warehousing Services to the Scottish Parliament. We require the Contractor to provide high quality Services that provides value for money. The Off-Site Storage Facility must be within 40 minutes driving time, during typical business hours, from the Scottish Parliament. This is to enable the timely storage and retrieval of items whilst minimising environmental impact. The Services will be required 52 weeks per year. The Contractor should be aware that the volume of required storage space may fluctuate during the year. Dissolution usually occurs every 4 years. The next date is expected to be from early April 2021 through to election in May 2021. There is likely to be a requirement for extra storage units during and after dissolution due to MSP local office closures.

Renewal: The contract may be extended for up to an additional 60 months at the sole discretion of the SPCB.
