Scottish Government is seeking a Service Provider to: - design the service (through a proposed third party COTS assessments tool) to support Assessments. The requirement includes the service design and development of the business processes and the management of the delivery of the technology solutions to initially support PIP Assessments. - conduct a review and seek views on how they would interact with the development of the tool to deliver the Assessments capability.
