Notice Description

This Framework Agreement is for the supply of generic medicines used in the treatment and prevention of HIV and the treatment of Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C to health boards across NHS Scotland. The Goods have been split into three (3) Lots as follows: Lot 1 - the supply of generic HIV medicines, Hepatitis B medicines and Peginterferon Alfa-2a Lot 2 - the supply of Emtricitabine/Tenofovir Disoproxil Lot 3 - the supply of Ribavirin

Lot Information

Ribavirin

The supply of ribavirin tablets to NHS Scotland. This Lot is awarded as an unranked multi supplier framework agreement.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement for up to a maximum of twenty four (24) months by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension(s).

Emtricitabine/Tenofovir Disoproxil

Supply of Emtricitabine/Tenofovir Disoproxil tablets to NHS Scotland. This Lot is awarded as a ranked multi supplier framework agreement. A maximum of five (5) suppliers are awarded to this Lot.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement for up to a maximum of twenty four (24) months by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension(s).

Generic medicines for the treatment of HIV, HBV and HCV
