The Works comprise the removal and disposal of existing sanitaryware within the boys and girls toilets of the Primary School. New replacement sanitaryware, laminate cubicles, vanity units, hygienic wall lining, floor coverings and decoration are to be installed. Tenderers should note that the property will be occupied during the currency of the works and all works must be completed within an eight week period.
