Lot 1

This Framework Agreement is for the supply of adalimumab presentations to NHS Scotland. This will require supply of the Goods direct to hospitals and nominated home delivery supplier(s) as directed by the Authority. The Framework Agreement includes the provision of Goods only and Goods with manufacturer funded homecare. Each product line has been awarded as an individual Lot. Each lot has been awarded as an unranked multi supplier Framework to five (5) suppliers.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement for up to a maximum of twenty four (24) months by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension(s).
