Notice Description

PoLHA are looking to appoint a solicitor to provide Conveyance and Estate Agency Services to assist with the disposal of 72 Pre-1919 over the next 5 years. We also have 128 Shared Ownership properties at various stages of stair-casing. PoLHA is a co-owner within 122 Pre-1919 stairwells regularly working with over 1,000 other owners to carry out improvements works to properties.
