The project comprises the alteration and refurbishment of the mortuary building at Troon Cemetery: - Removal of existing mortuary fitments and some finishes. - Removal of existing windows and doors (excluding the outer metal doors). - Repairs works to existing roof covering incl. replacement of missing slates, etc. - Repairs to existing render and repointing to masonry elements. - Replacement/alterations to existing rainwater goods. - Ground works incl. creating a new access and maintenance footpath. - Replacement of existing doors and windows. - Formation of new rooms with blockwork. - Lay specialist levelling screed. - Supply and install epoxy floor finish. - Supply and install new sanitary ware to provide Accessible W/C and Cleaners Room. - Supply and install space heaters. - Supply and install new LED lighting. - New plumbing installation. - New drainage installation. - New electrical and mechanical installations. - Full redecoration throughout.
