Lot 1

The objective is to replace the heating pumps and associated pipework at HMP Edinburgh. The SPS is seeking a Contractor to design, supply and install replacement LTHW heating, DHWS secondary pumps and local pipework located within the plant areas of Glenesk House. The SPS has commenced this procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) including the ESPD will be published by the SPS and will be made available to bidders. Tender responses shall then be evaluated in accordance with the ITT.
