Refurbishment of 4 passenger lifts within a housing association development. 1 amenities block to commence 18-19 (10 Storey Firefighting lift). 2 social rent blocks to commence 19-20 (7&6 Storey). 1 shared ownership block 19-20 (5 Storey) - subject to owner's approval. 2 Stage tender process. Full technical specification provided - open protocol components upgrade.

Initially the ESPD will be evaluated with all bidders that pass the pass/fail questions and achieve a minimum score of 60% across all scored questions. Thereafter the Tender Document will be evaluated based upon 60% Quality and 40% Price all as outlined within the Tender Document.
