NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde are seeking to attract a catering service provider to occupy part of the new Gorbals Health & Social Care Centre. The accommodation will be based on the staff only top floor and adjacent to the large staff area. It is anticipated that the occupier will sell tea, coffee, hot food, sandwiches and snacks to the staff. It is also hoped that this service can be used to cater for meetings held within the building.

NHS GGC will offer the catering facility to the tenant under the following conditions: A five year licence to occupy, Tenant to propose the rental offer, The Tenant will be responsible for all utility costs pertaining to the unit, The Tenant will be responsible for the insurance of the units, The tenant will be responsible for their own legal costs.
