This procurement will establish a contract for the provision of Street Lighting LED Conversions across North Lanarkshire.

Lot Information

Lot 1

The purpose of the project is to replace existing street lighting installations to maintain and extend the life of existing public roads infrastructure. Works will include, but not limited to, items such as: Traffic Management . Lantern replacement The works are required in order to ensure that the street lighting network is maintained in a proper manner and to increase the energy efficiency of the Council and by doing so reduce upkeep costs and carbon footprint. The duration of the contract is expected to be from the 19th November 2018 to 31st March 2019 This contract shall be governed by the Conditions of the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Short Contract (April 2013) and the additional conditions contained in Attachment 06 - Conditions of Contract. A detailed specification is contained in Attachment 07 - Specification.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
