Notice Description
The University wishes to enter a mutually beneficial agreement with a sole clothing supplier for the supply of bespoke, branded corporate clothing, playing kit and leisure wear over the next 6 years (3 years with the option to extend for 3 years). This will encompass the supply of high quality garments, which are durable, functional, stylish, fitted and affordable. Male and female "cuts" are expected within the overall context of quality performance and design.

Lot 1
The University wishes to enter a mutually beneficial agreement with a sole clothing supplier for the supply of bespoke, branded corporate clothing, playing kit and leisure wear over the next 6 years (3 years with the option to extend for 3 years). This will encompass the supply of high quality garments, which are durable, functional, stylish, fitted and affordable. Male and female "cuts" are expected within the overall context of quality performance and design. The contract will be split into two lots. Lot 1 University Sport & Exercise and Lot 2 EU Sports Union. However, both lots will be awarded to only one supplier. 2.1.2 In addition to the core clothing items stipulated in this ITT, University Sport & Exercise and Edinburgh University Sports Union would envisage the successful Supplier being able to propose and supply new optional product lines over the course of the tender period. This will ensure the clothing range remains appealing, interesting and consistent with the dynamic image the University enjoys across all its sporting involvements.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if there are any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: three years with the intention to extend for a further three years.
