Provision of advanced manufacturing/industry 4.0 career-long professional learning (CLPL) programme
Notice Description
The purpose of this proposal is therefore to up-skill senior staff in advanced manufacturing and to influence them on the importance of reviewing their curriculum to ensure their teaching and training departments can support the MSA vision and support the changing needs of employers. There are three key elements to this work: Part 1 Research Research and agreeing the content of the advanced manufacturing CLPL programme for senior teaching and training staff Part 2 Training Develop and deliver an appropriate CLPL programme for all relevant senior teaching and training staff in college, university, industry and private providers Part 3 Next steps Recommendations about the approach which should be taken to be able to continue to roll-out this CLPL programme to all teaching and training staff
