NAC/1111 Corporate Insurance Services
Notice Description
North Ayrshire Council requires contracts for the Provision of Corporate Insurance and associated Claims Handing Services, including Public Liability, Employee Liability, Property, Motor Vehicle cover, Travel insurance and others. The companies providing the Council with the Insurance cover will also handle all claims relating to the respective policies. This will be a Long Term Agreement (5 Years) with the option to extend up to a further 3 years. It will be a requirement of the contract that bidders must be Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Regulated It will be requirement of the contract that bidders must have Chartered Insurance Institute Membership (or equivalent experience) This contract will be required to commence 01/04/19.
Lot Information
Property Damage and Business Interruption including Money and Specified Property Insured
North Ayrshire Council requires a contract for the Property Damage and Business Interruption including Money and Specified Property Insured. The company providing the Council with the Insurance cover will also handle all claims relating to the respective policies.. As stated in the invitation to tender, North Ayrshire Council reserved the right to award contracts combining lots or groups of lots. The option to package Lots 1, 3 and 4 as a single package Lot (12) has been taken. Therefore, this Lot has not been not awarded.
