It is recommended to visit the site to fully acquaint yourself with the full extent of the nature of the works for all labour, material and plant are to be included in your tender. Any additional costs will not be entertained for lack of such knowledge. Please note, as the presence of bats has been previously confirmed, there are additional requirements within this project, which must be allowed for accordingly within tender costs (see general conditions/drawing for further information).
