MTC Painting & Decorating
Notice Description
The University of Edinburgh (UoE) will shortly be tendering for all aspects of painting and decorating work to maintain the existing and any future building stock, across all areas of Edinburgh. It is envisaged the requirement will take the form of a 4 year framework agreement operating under Scottish Measured Term Contract conditions. The framework will be broken into LOTS and more than one supplier will be invited on to each LOT. It is still to be decided whether Lots are to be divided by location ( existing arrangement) or spend value. The UoE are currently not considering asking the winning bidders to have and operate the Electronic Management System incorporating PSA Schedule of Rates (Software Barcellos).
